cPanel have decided to move on the upgrade date to the 5th June 2007, This is due to a few security issues in the new software that are still not resolved.
We have decided to keep the old current version running till the above date so we know cpanel will be alot more safe to use.

Eclipse have signed up Tiscali to provide additional connectivity for our network in the US.
The new uplink will be 10Gbps and it should be provisioned sometimes in next 30 days. This should also improve our connectivity to Europe since Tiscali has extensive network assets there.
