Dear all current Broadband Customers, Today Eclipse 2000 has sold its Broadband Business over to Eclipse Internet (www.eclipse.net.uk). This is part of an ongoing change for Eclipse 2000 for the better, and for future customer service from us. Please note that Eclipse 2000 will continue to operate the hosting business as normal, This will not be changing at all!

If you are a current Broadband customer of ours you will shortly be getting this information by post along with a form that will need to signed by the account holder to allow Eclipse Internet to take over your connection from us. Nothing will change and you will not have any downtime. Your username and password for Broadband will remain the same as will your email address if you have one with us. One good thing is that the price you’re currently paying will be going down. You will need to contact us to find out your new monthly price if you are interested.

Once we receive your form back in the post we will start the process of moving your account across, As stated before nothing will change for you straight away and you will not get any downtime. Eclipse Internet will contact you and setup a new online portal account so you can view your details and invoices etc.

Please also note in order for you to be moved away from us all invoices that you have outstanding in our system will need to be settled. Failure to do this will result in your connection been terminated and a charge of £47 been applied.

If you have any more information about this change please do give us a call on 0870 974 8472 or email us at sales@eclipse2000.co.uk, Remember you can also comment on this blog so the information becomes available to everyone.

As from today we have changed our Telephone Number to 0870 974 8472, Please note the old number will no longer be answered.

Dear all,

Due to the huge changes that are currently in progress with Eclipse 2000 we have now changed the way payments come to us, Yes we still accept PayPal and card payments. Our PayPal address has now changed to paypal@eclipse2000.co.uk, If you currently have a subscription setup this will be cancelled over the next day or so. Then once you login to your client area and make your next payment you will be able to create a new subscription to our new address. Please dont send manual payments to our address as our system wont automaticlly update and your payment will not be marked as paid. You must continue to make payments from your client area.

If you pay using a Credit Card or Debit card again this has changed, If you login to your client area and pay the outstanding invoice you have it will take you to a new screen allowing you to save cards for future faster processing. It will also allow you to change any card details using our system. We also will be allowing our system to make automatic payments from your card shortly, You will have the option for this.

Also coming soon if you have trouble making a payment online with your card you will soon be able to call us and make the payment over the phone. Again this is not available yet so please dont call.

Please note we NO longer accept Nochex payments, Please dont try and send anything manually as it will fail.

If you have any questions about these changes please get in contact with us straight away.

Regards

Paul
